yes the new nicole will be here....
i need to get more fruit and veg in.
DH will be getting them for me tommorrow afternoon which gives me time to set up a menu plan for myself.
i have several books heart healthy, 21 day diet (womens weekly), low fat cook book + another couple that i cant think of the names right now that i will be using for healthier meals.
i have now gotten into the habit of eating breakfast each morning and having small snacks of fruit, or a cracker buiscut with ricotta cheese on it twice a day with lunch being a wrap or a salada buiscuit with pressed meat and letluce and a small amount of chilli sauce. dinner we have been having red or white meat and vegtables or salad. (either done in the slow cooker, on the bbq or on the grill). only once this week have i had a small peice of dessert (apple strudle).
I have been using 1kg weights and walking up and down the stairs i would also like to get an ab king pro and as of monday will be walking dd to and from school again.
dh is also going to do the measuements and photos for me tonight. my main aim is to go from my current size 16 back to a 12-10... but initially just losing a couple of kgms a week will be great.
this is why i have strated this blog so i can record my journey.
