DIET:

i rejoined aussie loosers and this is what i sent in..

Hi all, im back,

REASON I AM HERE:

My goal is to lose weight, and after having a mini meltdown this morning pretty much as soon as i got up, and having a cry on DH's shoulder about howim feeling fat and in general not healthy, wendy suggested that i check the group out, im on another weight group that i joined through the christamas group that im on also.

ABOUT ME:

im almost 35.

i went on to calorie king and i should be for my height 137.5cms tall 38-47kgs

im currently 77.2kgs this is sooooo not good.

idealy i would settle for betweeen 50 - 60kg's but if i lost more that would be great.

FOOD:

have cleaned out the fridge and filled it with fresh fruit and vegtables.

i need to now work out a menu plan (dh said that i can do a weekly or a fortnightly one and then tommorow we can go and buy what i need to buy as he really wants to help me with this).

any menu suggestions would be great bearing in mind i dont eat seafood, strawberries...

rarely have takeaway now once a fortnight maybe and thats usually a chicken burger or a salad.

FLUID:

i have been having a lot of water which i wasnt having before and i have cut out coffee (i had a 1/2 a cup of tea this morning), like meg i was having a lot of coke and nescafe satche coffee's a day.

i have been gradually cutting down on the amount of milk i have as i was finding after having it i would have to go to the loo straight after.

EXCERSISE:

i havent been doing much excersise while dd has been on school holidays and i have stacked and packed on the weight.

at the moment walking up and down the spiral staircase is my main excersise.

WEIGHT SINCE MAY 07:

this has been my weight over the past few months.

17.5.07 - 73kgs
7.6.07 - 71.3kgs
15.8.07 - 72.6kgs
5.12.07 - 75.2kgs
1.1.08 - 76.7kgs
23.1.08- 77.2kgs.
i have been keeping a record of this on my blog.
