Ab King Pro


have been using it for a few days now, havent really noticed much of a diffrence. DH said that he can feel that he has been using it.. He, DD & I went for a walk last night, and then came home and i used the AKP. only did 20 on it. i havent weighed for over a week now, trying not too as it was just depressing me.. when dh has time off he is going to set the spare room up as a home gym. we now have the home gym, the AKP, the excersise bike, i have small weights and DH has weights and a bike. he had decided that he is going to go into the towns local bike ride next weekend... that should be interesting... :)... have to go and pick DD up in half an hour. she had her first tennis lession today, so cant wait to hear how that went. we seem to be very sporty all of a sudden LOL..

hey Nicole! Just thought I'd give you an update - I've been following the Womens Weekly 21 day food plan for 12 days now, and I've been doing 'boot camp' for a week and a half, so I'm exercising like a maniac, but I've lost 4 kilos so far in 2 weeks. That's pretty cool!

I recommend you give it a go - even if you don't like some of the food, it's only 3 weeks. That goes pretty fast!

Combined with your new home gym, you can't go wrong.

Oh goodness Nicole I wish I had have known you were on a weight loss kick...I have been too since September 2007....I've stuck to it, nothing drastic just sensible eating and heaps of walking, our doggy is very happy indeed, anyway I've lost more than more goal, I am so happy and I feel so so much better about myself....I'll be a regular visitor to your blog now, thanks for the support....
