Fall...

i had a fall last night (Friday night). I’m still alive but feeling terrible now. Angel turned all of the lights off downstairs and went to bed. When jack got home i was walking down the staircase and miss judged where the next step was and fell. I’m ok, just very sore. i hit my left arm on the stair rail and my right leg on the pole. i already had a sore Ankle from twisting it plus it’s the same one that’s played up before when it’s cold. so now I’m sitting in bed with the laptop on. Doesn’t help that the dog next door is on heat and has been crying each night for over a week now.. so have had hardly any sleep. will go downstairs later and do some scrapping. but will have some rest first. went to wongan this morning but only to the newsagency and i didn’t even get a book jacks on night shift tonight won’t be home until between 4 and 6 tomorrow morning..so it’s going to be a long night. its now almost 3am..
