A quick HELLO!!!

havent really been around much with DH being home... that and he keeps stealing the laptop off me to check his email, even though we have a pc upstairs and another downstairs. i think he is in the kitchen doing the dishes (what a good boy he is)... i even got a coffee in bed this morning (he has worked out how to use the coffee machine)... it was 1.3 degrees when i got up this morning.. brrrr cold.. i should really start thinking about what we should have for dinner since its 10am already.. chat soon..

Off

I will be leaving quite early in the morning and spending the weekend in perth. We have a function to go to for a friend. She is quite sick so they are having a hens party for her. i realised the other day that she is actually the person that got me into scrapping. i went to a creative memories workshop at her place, liked the idea of it, and went home googled scrapbooking and found the scrap heap and aussielayouts. im still there... Might even get a chance to go shopping but not liking my chances of that.. oh how i wish it was next weekend when the craft fair is on.. Just waiting for DD's clothes to finish in the machine and then i will put mine in.

woo hoo....

I'm down to 71.9kgs.. i am so happy... i really was beginning to think that the scale was stuck on 73.6... as thats the reading have been getting each time i step on the stupid thing... im using the ab king pro most nights, yesterday i did 50 sit ups on it.. im starting to feel it more when i use it now, so it must be working. Jack offered to take me to KFC or Mcdonalds today and i said NO!!!! how is that for willpower... went to a birthday party today and only ate a couple of mini frankfurts.. i hope to be below 70 by my birthday in a few weeks...

Ab King Pro


have been using it for a few days now, havent really noticed much of a diffrence. DH said that he can feel that he has been using it.. He, DD & I went for a walk last night, and then came home and i used the AKP. only did 20 on it. i havent weighed for over a week now, trying not too as it was just depressing me.. when dh has time off he is going to set the spare room up as a home gym. we now have the home gym, the AKP, the excersise bike, i have small weights and DH has weights and a bike. he had decided that he is going to go into the towns local bike ride next weekend... that should be interesting... :)... have to go and pick DD up in half an hour. she had her first tennis lession today, so cant wait to hear how that went. we seem to be very sporty all of a sudden LOL..

Ab King Pro

Yay i finally got it!!!!... ordered it on the first of febuary, and it arrived today on the 4th of march (and guess what the payment is due on the 22nd)!!! it wasnt sent until the 19th of febuary. all of us had a go of it tonight about three times each (x 10 - 15 repititions each time, then jack went for a bike ride, and after he got back our dog zoe had gotten out again so he and i had to walk around trying to catch her, what fun...). will get a propper work out on it tommorow.. will get back on the excersise bike as well, only ended up doing about 4 1/2 minutes on it the other day. i really need to lose some weight and fast, as i need to buy a dress for the ball on the 15th March. it says to use the ab king pro for 3 minutes a day, but i might see how much i can do, the diet to go with it is pretty crappy, most of the foods i dont eat - stawberries, samon, ect. havent done a weigh in for a few days. i was about 74.5kgs.

one of those days

have been feeling really hungry today, not sure if its the hot weather or what... Angel's better and went back to school today.. Still no ab king pro... have emailed them several times now and not even a return email to say whats going on.. its been 26 days since we ordered it the website says up to 28 days so will give it another few days and see if it arrives.. I havent used the exercise bike today, im using it every second day. i weighed today and have put on.. its saying 73.7 (i was 72.1)... hmm think im going to have to invest in some better scales as each time i use these they are giving me diffrent readings... looked at some the other day in big w and target and they where between $80-$100 for scales goodness. told jack and he said to get the old fashioned ones but i prefer the digital ones. off to do some google reasarching i think LOL.. waiting for jack to get home with some bottles of water for me as i really need a drink..

Monday already

Well that week went quickly didnt it.. i have Jack and Angel home sick today with a gastro wog, hoping i dont get it, but have a feeling that i have a touch of it already. have just had breakfast and an esspreso. havent weighed today will do it tommorow. Haven't even gotten on the excersise bike yet today. Probably have rice for dinner & not sure what else yet... gosh its 11.15 already... better go..

On ya bike luv!!!

Tried the excersise bike this morning. ended up "riding" for 20 minutes and doing 8.66kms. i didnt think that i could do the whole 20 minutes and thought about quitting several times and i was sore afterwards but was ready to do some more, ended up going downstairs and watching harry potter with DH & DD. its been ages since we sat down together and watched a movie so it was nice. i was bad and had a bowl of popcorn, followed by a mini pavlova and cream, and an esspresso. Dinner was nice - Mango chicken and Rice. have a full day ahead tommorow so dont think i will get time to go on the bike. and think by the time we get home im going to be too tired to even think about it. Im now down to 72.1, so another loss. will weigh again next week. im trying to avoid weighing too much. (see my sidebar i have weighed a few too many times this month) LOL.. At least now i have started excersisng so thats a good thing.

The start of a new day

well its been almost a month since i started on this weightloss journey, i weighed this morning and it looks like i have put on. im back to 73.6.. where as at the beggining of the week i was 72.9, its not a huge gain but its a gain. i went for a 15 minute walk to and from school this morning. we are going shopping tonight so im going to get a pair of walking shoes, and hopefully buy or layby an excersise bike. i still dont have the ab king pro, and i really need to get into the excersise part of weightloss. Im still eating fairly healthy meals, last night we had a lovely dinner of Roast Beef, with various vegies - squash, baby corn and snow peas, cauliflower, broccoli, asparigus and brussel sprouts i did all of the vegies in the rice cooker that arrived yesterday that we got for free with our credit card rewards points. Im really happy with it and can see that its something that im going to get a lot of use out of. We also had some garlic bread, and for dessert DH and i had poached pears with a small spoon of cream. i have'nt had breakfast yet and have just looked at the time and im shocked at how late it already is, and i hvent done anything this morning yet apart from get angel off to school and make my bed, so had better get to it.. managed to get to the supermarket last night which means i have some more healthy stuff to eat so i will make up a salad wrap for lunch shortly.

have cleaned the scrapping room, and not long had breakfast, just special k with a bananna. feeling a little off today, am losing weight which is a good thing, just wish that the ab king pro would hurry up and get here. just weighed in at 72.9. so another loss YAY!!!!

a good day


have just made myself a fresh orange, lemon and lime juice. I have been making myself a freshly squeezed juice each day for the past week and i have been feeling great. I have gone through so many oranges LOL.. I have now lost a total of 4.5kgs since 23rd January. So im happy with that, still have a ways to go.

my day


Its been a few days since my last post. went out today to perth, and going again tommorow. was a little bad i had a mcchicken burger from mcdonalds and some fries and a little bit of frozen coke. my next weigh in day is tommorrow.. Jacks sitting up watching horror movies, so i thought i would right a quick message.. Off to the new ikea tommorow so will be doing a fair bit of walking.. Still no Ab King Pro... im looking at excersise bikes now also.. i really need to do more physical excersise. We did go fruit and veg shopping today so the fridge has been restocked, although it didnt take me long to run out of oranges.

New Books


we went to toodyay yesterday, and went into the book shop there. its the first time we had been in there. i ended up getting a set of 4 books in a pack for 16.00
- low fat - looks like some great recipies, going to make one of the salads for dinner tonight.
- total fitness - an excersise book, which will come in handy as i really need to do more than just walking.
- calorie counter - a very easy to read quick guide.
- healthy eating notbook - a great little book that i can write down the foods i have eaten that day.
weight today 73.6kgs. have now lost a total of 4kgs since 23rd January.
