
BREAKFAST - a bowl of porridge
SNACK - didnt have one
LUNCH - 1 silverside wrap, 1 glass of freshly squeezed orange juice.
SNACK - fruit in jelly, Bottle of water
DINNER - **edited** homemade pizza with ham, tomato, ricotta and cheese.
Have had a good day today. walked angel home from school so have done a little bit of excersise today. need to start organising something for dinner.
