type='text'>Im back on the wagon...</title><content type='html'>&lt;div&gt;We have an engagement party to go to at the end of november and i dont fit in to anything.. so its time to get back to basics and restart my excersising and eating plan again.. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Saturday 18th October 2008:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;uhhhh exhausted did a combination 20 minutes on the exercise bike, the ab king pro and the home gym, and then another 20 or so minutes of various aerobics' i have to lose 5-10 kilos before this party... weighed in at 70.4 today (14th i was 72.3).. my aim is to get down to between 60-65kg any more would be a bonus.. had a small plate of mashed potatoes for dinner. been trying to drink freshly queezed OJ or Water. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Sunday 19th October 2008:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;just weighed in then, and thinking that the machine needs new batteries as it told me i weighed 65.8 i knew i couldnt have lost 5 kilos overnight so weighed again, then got 70.4, then 68.2. i really have to lose this weight We have a function to go to for a friend. She is quite sick so they are having a hens party for her. i realised the other day that she is actually the person that got me into scrapping. i went to a creative memories workshop at her place, liked the idea of it, and went home googled scrapbooking and found the scrap heap and aussielayouts. im still there... DH said that he can feel that he has been using it.. Still no ab king pro... have emailed them several times now and not even a return email to say whats going on.. its been 26 days since we ordered it the website says up to 28 days so will give it another few days and see if it arrives.. DD. its been ages since we sat down together and watched a movie so it was nice. i was bad and had a bowl of popcorn, followed by a mini pavlova and cream, and an esspresso. Dinner was nice - Mango chicken and Rice. have a full day ahead tommorow so dont think i will get time to go on the bike. and think by the time we get home im going to be too tired to even think about it. Im now down to 72.1, so another loss. will weigh again next week. im trying to avoid weighing too much. (see my sidebar i have weighed a few too many times this month) LOL.. Im still eating fairly healthy meals, last night we had a lovely dinner of Roast Beef, with various vegies - squash, baby corn and snow peas, cauliflower, broccoli, asparigus and brussel sprouts i did all of the vegies in the rice cooker that arrived yesterday that we got for free with our credit card rewards points. Im really happy with it and can see that its something that im going to get a lot of use out of. I have been making myself a freshly squeezed juice each day for the past week and i have been feeling great. I have gone through so many oranges LOL..&lt;/em&gt; I&lt;em&gt; have now lost a total of 4.5kgs since 23rd January. I’m still alive but feeling terrible now. Angel turned all of the lights off downstairs and went to bed. When jack got home i was walking down the staircase and miss judged where the next step was and fell. I’m ok, just very sore. i hit my left arm on the stair rail and my right leg on the pole. i already had a sore Ankle from twisting it plus it’s the same one that’s played up before when it’s cold. so now I’m sitting in bed with the laptop on. Feeling much better today than i was yesterday. Went to Wongan Hills and did some more Vegie Shopping. Brought a coffee machine (now i can have my one coffee a day, without all of the sugar ect in it). Also got another 2 books - a salad one and a low fat one. Just so i can have some more recipie ideas and a variety of recipies. Walked to the school and back to pick angel up, wasnt a long walk but its better than nothing. I have been on this diet for almost two weeks now, i have lost 2.8kgs which im so happy about, but i know that i still have a long way to go. I dont know if its because i have 9 days straight at home while jack is on nightshift, and that im already feeling lost and isolated. I have been eating fruit and veg. But yesterday and today i havent eaten meals at proper times so i think that could be why im feeling this way. Angel starts back at school tommorow, that im happy about. Jack has ordered me an Ab King Pro. i should get it in about three weeks, im really looking forward to using it and losing all of this weight. So hope to have lost another 5kgs by my birthday at the end of March.  I am still yet to upload the pics jack took of me, i have emailed them to myself but thats as far as i have gotten, will go and search for them and put them on...&lt;div the evening?&lt;br /&gt;* Salad biscuits are good for this. i just put a small piece of lettuce, pressed meat and a spoonful of ricotta cheese on it. or a wrap made with the same sort of ingredients LOL...&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;yes the new nicole will be here.... &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i need to get more fruit and veg in.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;DH will be getting them for me tommorrow afternoon which gives me time to set up a menu plan for myself.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i have several books heart healthy, 21 day diet (womens weekly), low fat cook book + another couple that i cant think of the names right now that i will be using for healthier meals.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i have now gotten into the habit of eating breakfast each morning and having small snacks of fruit, or a cracker buiscut with ricotta cheese on it twice a day with lunch being a wrap or a salada buiscuit with pressed meat and letluce and a small amount of chilli sauce. dinner we have been having red or white meat and vegtables or salad.
